About the studio
SharkNinja is a leading global consumer products company known for its fast-paced innovation across home appliances, kitchen tools, and lifestyle products, with frequent launches, variants, and seasonal collections. We chose SharkNinja for this case study because their high product velocity and multi-channel go-to-market strategy highlight the growing need for scalable, high-quality 3D content. This case study demonstrates how Kaedim’s hybrid AI × artist pipeline enables brands like SharkNinja to rapidly produce studio-quality 3D assets—supporting e-commerce, marketing, and interactive experiences—while significantly reducing production time and cost, and keeping pace with constant product change.
Fast product launches strain traditional visual production pipelines
Producing high-quality visuals across hundreds or thousands of SKUs is costly
Inconsistent visuals across PDPs, A+ content, and campaigns weaken brand impact
Limited flexibility slows AR, configurators, and interactive experiences
Polished, marketing-ready 3D assets in more than half the traditional time
Reduced content production costs while maintaining studio-level quality
Standardized, high-fidelity 3D assets for consistent cross-channel use
Reusable 3D assets that unlock richer digital and marketing experiences at scale
Kaedim's impact
What we built
Physically Accurate Representation: Models reflect real-world proportions, dimensions, and forms with high precision. Shapes, edges, and structural details should match the physical product exactly, avoiding stylization or exaggeration.
True-to-Life Material Fidelity: Materials follow physically based principles. Surface qualities—gloss, roughness, metallic characteristics, translucency—should replicate real materials under neutral lighting, producing consistent, predictable results across platforms.
Authentic Surface Detail: Micro-details such as stitching, seams, fasteners, textures, and manufacturing marks are included only when they exist on the real product. No added embellishment or artistic interpretation.
Controlled, Accurate Color & Finish: Color values should match brand-approved swatches or physical samples. Textures capture realistic variation—subtle wear, noise, or patterning—without exaggeration. Final assets maintain uniform color accuracy across lighting environments.
- Even, controlled curvature on plastic and metal parts
- Small, consistent bevels on edges

Our impact, for every part of the process
Traditionally, each stage of 3D asset production—geometry generation, mesh optimization, UV unwrapping, texturing, and revisions—adds substantial turnaround time. For a medium-complexity product asset, these stages typically accumulate to around 120 hours of total production time across internal teams or external vendors.
With Kaedim, these same stages are completed in approximately 24 hours, reducing what would normally take multiple days of specialized manual work into a single, streamlined workflow. This represents a 5× faster turnaround, or an 80% reduction in total production time, achieved through Kaedim’s automations in reconstruction, UV generation, and texturing.
Beyond the per-asset speedup, Kaedim processes large batches of assets in parallel, not sequentially. This enables studios to receive dozens of production-ready assets within a 24-hour window, dramatically increasing throughput, compressing production schedules, and accelerating go-to-market timelines compared to traditional outsourcing.
